I thought this was an interesting service worth noting.

MORROW COUNTY – The Morrow County Transportation Collaborative believes it has an answer to the high cost of gasoline for Morrow County residents of all ages.
The MCTC began an in-county shuttle July 1 to assist Morrow County residents travel from town to town easily. It also offers transportation to out-of-county destinations as well.
…For Morrow County resident Richard Mindling, the MCTC is his lifeline to employment.
…”With the move to Morrow County, I had to deal with getting back and forth to Columbus,” he said. “I rode with a guy for awhile but it took me two hours to get to work. When I heard about MCTC, I took advantage of the opportunity. It is convenient and they are so customer oriented. They are willing to adjust to my hours if I have to go in earlier than normal. For a blind person, to get around, especially in Morrow County, is tough. They (MCTC) are very compatible and willing to help us out.”
The MCTC buses make regular rounds around the county picking up residents needing rides for meetings, shopping or visiting. The villages on the route include Cardington, Fulton, Marengo, Sparta, Chesterville, North Woodbury, Johnsville, Williamsport, Candlewood Lake, Iberia, Mount Gilead and Edison.
…Mindling said he doesn’t understand why the public is not taking advantage of the service.
“There must be hundreds who spend as much as I do every week to get back and forth to Columbus,” he said. “If they can go to Columbus for $10 a day, I know it costs more than that for gas. It’s a wonderful service. I just don’t understand why others aren’t using it.”
