Cleveland Avenue and Morse Road had the most crashes of any location in Columbus from 2004-2006, according to the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission. The information is contained in MORPC’s draft copy of the CapitalWays Regional Transportation Plan. The plan identifies population and land use changes as well as transportation goals.
The plan also contains information on high-crash locations in the area. Cleveland/Morse had 257 crashes, within 250 feet of the intersection, over the three years
