Interesting story in the Dispatch today about the Cleveland Clinic buying the naming rights to a bus line. $240k per year isn’t a ton of money, but really not bad for a single line. I wonder if COTA has looked into something similar?
What local companies do you think would make good bus route names? I’m a fan of the White Castle Express.

THE (CLEVELAND) PLAIN DEALER VIA AP
CLEVELAND — The Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals will pay the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority more than $6 million over 25 years for the naming rights to a high-profile bus route.
The buses on Euclid Avenue will travel the HealthLine. The deal was announced at the Cleveland Auto Show on Thursday.
The line will run along the Euclid Corridor, which is a $200 million public works venture. It covers 9 miles of Euclid Avenue from Public Square in downtown Cleveland to the two hospital campuses and East Cleveland.
The transit authority also hopes to sell naming rights for about 60 stations along the route. Buses will travel the route in dedicated lanes.
