OSU is big…real big. And Ohio State’s unique urban setting gives students a variety of options for places to go. Whether students want a late night snack or are running late for a class, knowing how to get around goes a long way on this gi-normous campus. Since most freshmen don’t have cars, knowing how to navigate the campus and city is an important tool.
Getting around campus is largely a matter of where you’re going and when. During the day, getting around campus can be intimidating. Some students like taking the bus to avoid achy heels. “It’s better than walking,” said Skye, a senior in molecular genetics and bio-chemistry. But the bus isn’t always the best way to get somewhere if you’re running late. “The bus isn’t always timely,” he added.
