I just watched a great hour-long piece on HDNet called “Dan Rather Reports: Why So High? America and the Price of Oil”.
It goes into the fundamentals of the oil markets, and focuses on many solutions we’ve been following in this space. Specifically, it goes into great detail on stories like record bus ridership, mixed-use development, huge increases in light rail ridership, and of course, the obligatory Portland streetcar drool-fest.
